Our Method
The Mirellis Observatory investigates through a transparent process that moves from observation to evidence review, interpretation, publication and continual refinement.
Research Foundation
How we investigate questions, synthesize findings, and publish research transparently.
How We Work
We don't start with products or ingredients. We start with observation.
Research repeatedly shows that transitions between states—from work to recovery, recovery to sleep, sleep to wakefulness—are critically important. Yet this insight is mostly overlooked. So we're investigating it.
The Process
We Review Research
We examine what sleep science, recovery research, occupational health, and stress physiology show about these transitions. We don't invent studies or overstate certainty. We synthesize what actually exists.
We Identify Patterns
We look for patterns that repeat across research domains. Consistency across different fields strengthens our confidence.
We Synthesize Findings
We translate research into human-accessible findings. We explain why transitions matter. We note what remains uncertain.
We Document Evidence
In Dossiers, we explain what research says. We identify mechanisms. We acknowledge limitations.
We Test Solutions
Only after understanding the problem do we test solutions. We see if support for transitions actually helps.
Our Commitments
Honesty
We don't claim certainty we don't have.
Transparency
Everything we publish is open for question.
Clarity
We explain science in language people understand.
Evidence
We base findings on research that exists.
Humility
We acknowledge what we don't know.
The Observatory: Our Publication Hub
The Observatory is our public research institution. Everything we learn is published here. Findings show how research applies to real life. Dossiers show what research actually says.
