Return & Refund Policy

At Mirellis, each formulation is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.

Due to the personal nature of wellness and self-care products, we currently do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lambdalifestyle.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • An unboxing video, if available

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must remain unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during special promotions or sales

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
